From 1st January 2024 the Addington Road Surgery email: ‘[email protected]’ will ONLY be monitored to deal with Clinical, Hospital and NHS Community Service queries.
Kindly use the online consultation service – AccuRx if you need an appointment, have a medical query and or require administrative support.
If you would like to request a prescription you can send us an email: ‘[email protected]’ which will continue to be monitored daily.
Kindly download and use the NHS App and My Chart App for all other information including test results, letters and other patient records or call the surgery between 12am to 3pm for any patient/medical queries on 020 8462 5771.
