All members of our practice staff are happy to receive your comments. As a practice, we meet regularly to discuss ways of improving our service and would be pleased to have your constructive ideas.

Complaints Procedure

The practice has a system for dealing with your complaints. If you have a complaint about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in the practice, please let us know. You can:

• Address a complaint to the Practice Manager Mrs Merion Wood or any of the doctors

• Ask for an appointment with the Practice Manager

• Request a leaflet about our practice complaints procedure from reception
