The practice doors will be closed on Tuesday 21st November from
12.30pm to 18:30pm for Academic Half Day.
Patients are advised that routine care needs will be provided before the
practice closes at 12:30.
GP Out of Hours Service (OOH) will be provided by Bromley GP Alliance,
telephone 0300 0032314 (select Option 3). The OOH service will only provide
urgent GP medical primary care.
The practice phone lines will be diverted to the OOH service
Some patients may call 111 first and not their GP surgery. In such cases
the 111 service will take the demographics of the patient and will transfer the
patient through to the GP OOHs service for the appropriate action as above.
